and I love to bake, make and cook all
kinds of foods from savoury to sweet, catering
for family gatherings and parties. I
love being the person who takes the stress
out of people’s lives by supplying catering
Phil and Geraldine Tucker – We own a micro
bakery, hand making sourdough breads from
our own wild yeast. We both believe in eating
real, tasty, good quality food that should be
shared family to family.
Over the years the business has grown and
now supplies a number of artisan coffee shops
and restaurants as well as private orders direct
and through farmers markets
Elwyn Thomas – My objective is to produce
quality vegetables to the uppermost
standards in a sustainable manner.
Avoiding artificial fertilisers and pesticides,
using a rotation method which
allows the natural eco system to thrive.

vegetables will be sourced from other
producers to maintain a consistent
Myfanwy Edwards – I make a range of
cakes perfect for that family get together
or any occasion when nothing but a
homemade cake will do! I also cook a
variety of ready meals using Angus beef
and Welsh lamb, produced on our farm
(Pwllywrach Farm). Comfort food and
Richard Edwards- Pwllywrach Farm is a
family run farm situated in Colwinston
in the Vale of Glamorgan. Started by my
father Denis in 1954, I now farm with
my son Christopher. We farm using a
traditional free-range method with the
animals grazing on permanent grass in
open fields with trees for shelter.

Chloe and James Ford-Established in 2011 Tynycaia
Farm is a family run free range chicken
farm with 12,000 free range birds.
With the aid of our 4 little helpers, we recently planted 1,000 trees for our birds to roam free in their 30 acres of soon to be woodland. The shed is run on solar energy and our long term goal is to be as eco friendly as possible. We are freedom food and lion code certified.

Mel Constantinou -I bake award-winning
traditional welsh Bara Brith and
other sweet treats using Tynycaia Farm
free range eggs. There are no additives
or preservatives, just honest homemade
cake made in small batches at home in
Llantwit Major, wrapped in paper and in
a lovely box. All the packaging is plastic-
Nick and Joseph Craddock- We own the
family run Vale cider company in the
heart of the Vale of Glamorgan. We hand
craft our cider on the farm using the pure
juice of freshly pressed apples from our
Welsh Orchards. We have won awards
at the Great Tastes Food Awards and the
Welsh Perry and Cider Championships.
Breakfast&ME was born when I recognised the
need to change my diet to help with the management
of a long term health condition. Whilst looking
for ways to keep my energy levels stable during
the morning I began to experiment with different
breakfast recipes. My love of homemade granola
inspired me to create five different granola recipes.
Granola is the perfect way to add a little more substance
to your morning bowl of fruit and yoghurt or
to a smoothie bowl. I use good quality ingredients
for the best flavours and crunch.

Dairy is a family farm 3 miles from the
coast in between Porthcawl and Pyle
in South Wales. All the milk from the
award winning pedigree Holstein herd is
pasteurised on the farm to produce milk,
cream and butter.

The roastery originated after our twins (AKA Double Trouble) turned up and after drinking vast amounts of coffee we knew we wanted to roast our own! We specialise in roasting single origin Arabica beans.
Nigel Hunt- Drwytho evolved from a love

In 2012 I decided to try the herbs in
Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the business
has grown from there. I’ve now added a
wide range of loose olives, tapenades and
my award winning harissa.
Mal Davies- I have been a Mobile
Fishmonger for 9 years and a Farmers
marketer for 8 years, sourcing my produce
from local suppliers with a wide and
varied range of fresh fish and shell fish.
I prepare and fillet the fish to customers
requirements and budgets.
Ty Siriol Welsh Pork
Martyn Williams – All of my pork is bred,
born and raised on my farm. We run
a high welfare, straw based, open pen
setup and provide plenty of enrichment
within the pens to satisfy the pigs natural
curiosity. All of the pork is processed in our own butchery where I hand make the sausages.
