If you like Indian food, marmalade, balsamic vinegar or other complex flavours, you’ll adore this exotic fudge. Fragrant “panch phoron” (literally: “five spices”), a mix of Bengali curry spices including fenugreek, mustard and bitter nigella seeds, jostle with the sweetness of caramel and cream to create a uniquely mouthwatering fudge. Write a personal message if you’re giving it as a gift (remember to order a giftbox, a small one for one or two bags, a larger box for up to five bags – mix and match flavours as you prefer 🙂 ♥

A generous 180g in every bag. Ingredients: Sugars, butter, condensed milk, Panch Phoron (nigella, fennel, cumin, mustard,  fenugreek), cream, garamasala, lemon juice, salt. Absolutely no additives, preservatives, E-numbers or weird things like lecithin. Plastic-free compostable bag (place in compost heap or in ordinary bin). Allergens: contains milk and mustard seeds. Vegetarian and gluten-free. Made where nuts are used

FudgePots began as a collaboration between two old friends, Rita and Catrin. Rita brought her knowledge of Bengali cooking and Catrin had a fabulous old family fudge recipe. Together we create traditional flavours, such as Vanilla and Chocolate, and Rita’s inspired vegan and spiced ranges, including delicious vegan Chocolate Coconut, and cardamom-scented Mishti Masala
