500 grams of diced Angus Beef from our own farm – comes already diced into “bite-size” pieces for you. It is the perfect meat for a slow cooked stew, full of flavour. Once cooked for the right amount of time (around 2-3 hours) it will melt in your mouth. To get tenderness as well as a delicious flavour it is important to sear the meat pieces before you stew them.
Keep refrigerated for 2 days or freeze for up to 12 months.
