We ferment and mature our Vinegar on the farm from cider made from apples freshly picked from our orchards. Our Vinegar is raw, unpasteurized with the “mother”. Sediment/ cloudiness is a natural part of the product. Delicious in sauces, marinades and salad dressings – or as a health tonic diluted with water.
