Beef Stock made with marrow bones, herbs and vegetables. The base of any superb and memorable soup or gravy is a rich stock. Freezer friendly and full of flavor. Simmered in the bottom oven of my Aga for at least 7 hours, then frozen on day of manufacture. A rich and tasty gelatinous stock.
