A peaberry is where only one coffee bean grows within the coffee cherry, these coffee beans are denser, smaller and pack a punch!!
Main taste notes are sugar, very nutty and a slight acidity which with a slightly darker roast makes a full bodied coffee, good for after dinner, or if you like a darker richer flavour.
